Ingredients
- 6 halved sun dried tomatoes, minced
- 3 salted anchovy filets (in olive oil), minced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon dry oregano/or basil, minced (optional)
Directions
- Whisk the oil and the vinegar together (=emulsify).
- Stir in the tomatoes, the anchovies and the oregano/basil (if used)
