Ingredients
- 400 g coconut cream
- 125 g coconut, shredded
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 mango, chopped
- sprig of mint (optional)
Directions
- Cream together the coconut cream, the shredded coconut and the yogurt. Pour this coconut mixture into four glasses.
- Garnish with the mango and a sprig of mint (if used).
